Listening Comprehension
"In the Club"
Students listened to a dialogue of two people speaking about their sibling. The class followed along with the dialogue by reading the related script for the dialogue. After listening, class discussed their thoughts on the dialogue, defined if the dimensions were social or academic, and relayed their thoughts about their siblings.
Speaking
Worked on vocabulary building, phrases, and articles with our class worksheets. Had class discussion after worksheets completed to help strengthen students speaking skills.

Students read article to themselves in class. Then, students answered questions about the article to test their reading comprehension skills.

3. What are some positive advancements Dr. Neville says SABEL Sense offers the sporting world?
4. Discuss your thoughts on this new technology. List pros and cons and what you've learned.
Writing
What Doesn't Kill Us Makes US Stronger
Think of some of your past experiences. What are your most painful experiences, physical and emotional? What are some moments that you faces and what are the lessons you've learned from surviving that instance? What are some future pains you foresee in your life?
- 10 Complete sentences
- Correct punctuation, spelling, capitalization, BME format
- 5 Vocabulary words (underline vocabulary words)
- After students completed their writing, they shared their writing in class.
Looking Ahead
Class discussed objectives for the next class and went over any questions the students had.
